Hello everyone! 🌸

I wanted to share a bit about my journey and why I started The Jungle Body Studio. Growing up, I faced some pretty challenging times with anxiety and depression. I always felt like I didn’t quite fit in and doubted if l’d ever be capable of doing something like running a dance fitness class.

But then I found The Jungle Body, and wow, it changed everything for me. It became the highlight of my week, a place where I finally felt like I belonged. For the first time, I felt truly accepted and part of a community that welcomed me with open arms.

Teaching for my mentor’s business was such an eye-opener. I quickly found my groove and realised that I wanted to create my own space where I could share this incredible experience with others.

My dream is to spread the positivity and love that this community has given me. I know firsthand how much of a difference it can make, especially for those struggling with mental health issues. I want to be there for you, to support you, and to give you a reason to keep showing up, just like The Jungle Body did for me.

This is my story and the heart behind what I’ve started. I can’t wait to have you join me on this amazing journey!

Your first class is FREE!! 🥳

You’re someone who wants to workout but is tired of the repetitiveness at the gym right? 🙄

Well say less, because we’re offering you a fun, energetic way to get in a high intensity, toning, boxing and cardio workout while you simultaneously get to dance to some of the latest and hottest beats! 💃🪩💦
